CARB Still Accepting HVIP Vehicle Eligibility Applications

Although new voucher requests will not be accepted until HVIP reopens when FY 20-21 funding is available (late 2020), the California Air Resources Board (CARB) is continuing to accept HVIP vehicle eligibility applications for new vehicles or model year updates. The HVIP eligibility list is used as a vehicle requirement for a number of different incentive programs.
