About South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Funding

South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) contributed to the 2011 HVIP funding with a $1.4 million fund, designated for vehicles which are used in the South Coast's Air District. Vouchers requested from the SCAQMD funds are only available for vehicles that operate within the SCAQMD region. Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions for voucher request and redemption, or refer to the 2011 HVIP Draft Implementation Manual.
