Who is considered a dealer?
- A hybrid truck or bus dealership which has a written agreement with a medium- or heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, which has had a valid business license for the past two years, and which has an official dealer number.
- An original hybrid truck or bus vehicle manufacturer (such as International Truck and Engine Corporation, Kenworth Truck Company, or Peterbilt Motors Company) which manufacturers HVIP-eligible vehicles and sells those vehicles directly to fleets.
- A hybrid truck or bus manufacturer which has a written agreement with a medium- or heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer and has had a valid business license for the past two years.

Get trained and sign the Terms & Conditions and submit a complete W-9 form to become an approved dealer
